This package includes 1 400g cake mix. It will allow you to prepare a soft and good homemade cake with the unique and unmistakable taste of Hazelnut from Langhe. Soft and fluffy, this cake will be quick to prepare and suitable for any occasion.

We use carefully selected raw materials of the highest quality for our hazelnut cake mix. The artisanal processing gives additional excellence and makes this product of the highest quality. For more than 200 years our family has been growing hazelnuts in a small village in Alta Langa, and since 1984 we have been directly processing hazelnuts to create the highest quality products.

PREPARATION: - Melt 40g butter - Whisk eggs and add butter - Stirring from the bottom up add the mixture trying not to make the mixture disassemble - Pour the mixture into a previously buttered cake pan 24 cm in diameter - Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 30 minutes in the medium-low part of the oven - Test with a toothpick the inside until it is dry, turn off the oven let the cake rest a few minutes and take it out of the oven - Let cool to room temperature, consume once cold
